WHY WE STARTED

Bread had stopped being good for us

So we started Danz with a simple idea: bake bread using wholesome ingredients, traditional methods, and no shortcuts. We use whole grains, quality ingredients, and carefully developed recipes to create bread that's as nourishing as it is delicious. No maida. No potassium bromate. No preservatives.
